Cancellation Policy.

All of our items are made with care—many by hand and often made to order. Because of that, we ask that you review your order carefully before placing it.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, production may already be in progress and we may not be able to cancel.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We appreciate your support and understanding. Each order fuels a creative journey, and your communication helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone in the pack.

Order, Deposit & Refund Policy

At Absolutely Unique, every item is made with real passion, time, and hands-on creativity. To keep the process smooth and fair, here’s what you need to know before placing an order.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required upfront to confirm any handcrafted or custom orders. Once your deposit is received, your order will be locked in, and I’ll confirm with you via email when I’m officially starting. After the full payment is made, I’ll complete your item and let you know exactly when it’ll be shipped.

Handcrafted orders typically take up to two weeks to complete, depending on the size and detail of the piece. If you know what you want, I highly recommend placing your order in advance to make sure you get your item on time. Hats and shirts are available online or on-site when inventory allows. Because these are different from handmade items, online store items and custom handcrafted pieces follow different refund policies.

For handcrafted or custom orders, the $25 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. If you cancel your order after I’ve started working but before it’s finished, you may qualify for a partial refund based on how much work has already been done. If your order is already completed, no refunds will be given.

Online store items that are not customized can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and refunds will be issued once the item is received and approved.
